COVID-19 Protocols
Protocols to minimize the spread of COVID at Rince na Gréine (as of September 2024)
Currently, we do not require masks in any of our classes. As always, we reserve the right to change this if the COVID situation changes.
Masks are available at the door. It is ALWAYS an option to wear a mask, and no one will ever be questioned about it.
We will continue to have hand sanitizer available in several places throughout the studio.
We will continue to use air purifiers in all three studios during classes.
We ask that dancers not come to class if:
-
they are ill with a fever, or a continuous hacking cough
-
they have tested positive for COVID (until 5 days after testing positive)
We will ask dancers to mask up during class if:
-
they have a continuous cough
-
someone in their household has COVID
-
the dancer tested positive for COVID more than five days ago and is still testing positive
In these cases, the dancer must mask up in order to remain in class.
These same protocols apply to family members (or anyone) in the waiting rooms.
The health of our dancers is of the utmost importance to us, and we also bear in mind that members of some of our dancers’ families may be immunocompromised.
